· Terms of Service & conditions

The use of Sironta, any text, graphics, information or other materials created and/or provided by Sironta or TechIDEAS and appearing on Sironta or on this website, files and any services and/or software provided through this website or by Sironta are governed by these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the site, content, files, software and/or services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service grant Sironta and TechIDEAS certain rights. These Terms of Service allow Sironta to change, suspend or terminate your access to and your use of the content, files, website, software and services or to change, suspend or terminate all the accesses or uses of the content, files, website, services or software. These Terms of Service limit Sironta's liability and obligations to you and your obligations and liability to Sironta or TechIDEAS. Your access to and use of the website, software, content, files and/or services are expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms of Service.

By using this website, the content, any kind of file, software and/or services under the property of Sironta or TechIDEAS you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these Terms of Service in their entirity, you may not access or use this website, files, content, services or the software Sironta. If you represent a business or an enterprise, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that business or enterprise and act on behalf of that business or enterprise. Your agreement to these Terms of Service will be considered and treated as the agreement of the business or enterprise.

EU law protects you against unfair terms whenever you conclude a contract with a vendor for private purposes.

Sironta follows the EU Directive 97/7/EC on the Protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts and the Council Directive 93/13/EEC of 5 April 1993 on unfair terms in consumer contracts.

· Consent to Access your selected files or documents

By using Sironta you consent to allow Sironta or TechIDEAS to transfer the files you select and you want to synchronize to the other users or computers in the selected room. By clicking the synchronize button, you consent to share access to the uploaded files or documents with those other Sironta users in that room (the only authorized to enter or see that room).

Sironta and TechIDEAS guarantee that they will not have access to or use the uploaded or used files or documents. Sironta protects personal data of all users and ensures that your personal data cannot be used without your consent.

· Privacy, safety and security

Personal data (name, adress, e-mail, telephone number, etc.) is protected by EU law.

Sironta collects your personal data and takes the appropriate measures to protect the data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. Under EU data protection law you have the right to:

· Know who is processing your personal data and for what purpose.
· Access your personal data.
· Demand that it be erased, blocked, or amended.
· Object (free of charge) processing of your personal data when your national law exceptionally allows for processing of your personal data without your consent (e.g. for marketing purposes).

Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

Sironta protects personal data of all users and ensures that your personal data cannot be used without your consent.

Sironta stores certain basic information (e.g. time, duration or volume of communication, etc.) about Sironta users. Under the EU data retention rules, Sironta must keep traffic data and location data (e.g. indicates geographic position of computer/mobile phone) generated or processed by them and the data necessary to identify the subscriber or registered user, for a minimum period of 6 months.

  Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (Directive on privacy and electronic communications).

· Copyright

P2P networks enable users to link their computers via the internet and exchange files they are interested in.

By connecting to a peer-to-peer network, users often get the impression of being anonymous but this is not true. The so-called internet protocol (IP) address is always recognisable and can always be linked to the internet access subscriber.

You can share any kind of files with Sironta, but be sure they do not have copyright or you are the owner of this copyright.

Uploading files to Sironta is offering files to members of a room. Uploading copyright-protected work means reproducing it and making it available to the users of that room, so, if unauthorised, it is a copyright infringement.

You can use Sironta lawfully by uploading authorised works, works that have entered into the so-called "public domain", or works that are under a royalty-free licences.

If you download a file protected by copyright, downloading violates the author's exclusive right of reproduction. Copying a work without the author's permission may infringe copyright.

You certify that you are the owner of your uploaded or shared files and are solely responsible for your conduct and the content of your files or documents, as well as any of the content contained in your communications with other Sironta users.

If you decide to share any file or document, you are giving certain legal rights to those individuals who you have given access to your folders.

Sironta does not claim any ownership rights in your uploaded files or documents. You acknowledge that Sironta or TechIDEAS are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, legality or applicability of the files, documents inside Sironta or anything said, depicted or written by users in their chat. Sironta or TechIDEAS does not endorse anything contained in the files, documents or chats or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Sironta or TechIDEAS with respect thereto.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents and permissions to grant the licenses that shared files or documents require. Please note that moving all or portions of your shared files or documents from your public folders does not revoke the license granted to those individuals who previously accessed those files.

Directive 2001/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 May 2001 on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society.

· Feedback

All feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements leaved in the “Contact us” or “Feedback” sections of Sironta's website in any form, and any contributions you make to this website by posting content and communicating with Sironta or TechIDEAS will be the sole and exclusive property of Sironta. You hereby irrevocably transfer and assign to Sironta and agree to irrevocably assign and transfer to Sironta all of your right, title, and interest in and to all of your feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements.

This website, the content, files, service and Sironta as a software are provided as they are, without any kind of warranty or condition, either express or implied. All users acknowledge that use of this website, content, file, software and/or services may result in unexpected results, loss or corruption of data and/or communications or other unpredictable damage or loss.

Sironta and TechIDEAS make no warranty that this website, content, files, software or services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Sironta and TechIDEAS make no warranty regarding the quality of any products, services, information or software purchased or obtained through the site.
